Here are songs from the morning and evening rituals of the wise ones among the People of the Coming Tribe. The wisdom and power of the Day Seekers comes from their skill in dancing with each new Day, and discerning what gifts and tasks it is bringing them. Side 1 is a sunrise ceremony. Side 2 welcomes Night, and is a collection of "wise lullabies" - simple songs that let the deepest wisdom of the Tribe wash gently over our minds as we drift into sleep.

These songs are taken from the morning and evening rituals of the wise ones among the People of the Coming Tribe. The wisdom and healing power of the Day Seekers comes from their skill in dancing with each new Day, and discerning what gifts and tasks it is bringing them. Side 1 is a sunrise ceremony. The Day Seekers' greet Great Day:

"There is Someone great standing behind the Sun!

Yes! There is Someone so great standing there that even the Sun is only a ball held in one of its hands.

It is as if it was sky, yet it is behind sky!
It is as if it was earth, yet it is beyond earth!

I look toward it, listen toward it, stretch my hands toward it and feel it slip its hand into mine.
Who are you, Great One?

We call you 'Day'."
